This is the form to be used to comply with Section 61 of the Act which requires licensees to retain a record of all offers received by the licensee in respect of land offered for sale for at least six years. Offers at auction are not required to be recorded.

It is not permitted for a licensee to provide a financial service to the purchaser of land where the licensee is providing a property service to the vendor of the land unless both the purchaser and the vendor state, in writing, that they do not object to the licensee providing both services before both services are provided by the licensee. This form notifies the purchaser (which includes propsective puchaser) that the licensee is providing a property service to the vendor (which includes prospective vendor) of the land and seeks a statement from the purchaser that he/she has no objection to provision of the property service at the same time as the financial service. Both this form and form "PSRA/S60(V)-2016 " (which notifies the vendor) must be used.
